Aero Blast -A vortex of air is shot at the target to inflict damage. Critical hits land more easily.
Waterfall- The user charges at the target and may make it flinch.
Psychic- The target is hit by a strong telekinetic force. It may also reduce the target's Sp. Def stat.
Ice beam- The target is struck with an icy-cold beam of energy. It may also freeze the target solid.


History/Story:

Shinrai was born into nobility. From a young age he had a sense of honor, and vowed to protect the city that his parents had helped to build. He had trained to become a samurai, and was on his way to becoming a general. Regrettably his lack of control over his power made this difficult. He eventually decided to hide himself away to ensure that he didn't harm those around him as he trained to keep his emotions, and the strange energy in check. He kept himself in his home, silently watching over the city that he loved, through reports that were delivered to him, and through his own window. Watching as it grew and thrived.



Nonsense... Utter nonsense.

The man tossed the reports down on his table, nearly knocking his tea over. What had the city come to? It was once a golden beacon of the empire, somewhere that the honest civilians could live their peaceful lives, safe, and blissfully unaware of the danger that loomed just on the otherside of the wall. But now? Murders. The defacing of the emperor's property. Arson. Missing people. And break in after break in at the royal palace, one of said break-ins resulted in stolen property and a hole blasted in the wall of the palace!
What had happened to the samurai and the guards that were supposed to prevent these kinds of things?!

His eyes narrowed into a glare at the papers that lay out before him. It wasn't right. Things needed to be fixed, immediatly. He stood, the long white tail swishing behind him as he looked out the window of his room that over looked the once calm and peaceful city. The city that his mother and father had helped build to the masterpiece it was now. The one he had vowed to protect with his life if need be. Now it seemed darker, almost forboding as he looked over it.

Perhaps hiding away to simply watch over everyone wasn't enough... No... It definitely wasn't. If those who were paid to protect the city and it's people weren't doing their jobs, the nobles would have to get involved, or everything would be destroyed by those badlanders, and the empire would be thrown into chaos.

His gaze turned to the reports, still strewn out across his table. The illustrated faces of the confirmed enemies gazing back up at him. Those cold, souless people, who seemed to want nothing more than to topple everything that they had worked so hard to accomplish.

"Play time is over... This badlander threat ends now." He stated in a cold tone before turning for the door, his eyes, and the large hand like sleeves of his jacket giving off a blue glow as he left his room.


*The sleeves on his jacket help him to keep his power in check.
*The hands on the sleeves are fully usable as if they were normal hands. He moves them by using psychic. After training for years this comes as second nature to him.
*After finding that his power is harder control during emotional outbursts, he tries to keep as 'emotionless' as possible. Regardless of this he's still easy to irritate.
*Due to him shutting himself away, he doesn't have the best social skills. >>'
